License #CGC1515506.

State of Florida licensed since 2008. The Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board manages this certification. This license allows a contractor to:

  • Build, repair, and remodel any type of building, regardless of size or number of stories.

  • Construct or alter the structural components of a building or structure.

  • Remodel any type of commercial or residential property.

  • Perform clearing, grubbing, grading, excavation, and any sitework for any construction project.

  • Install and perform warranty repairs of wood shingles, wood shakes, or shingle roofing on new buildings of your own construction.

  • Perform structural swimming pool work.

  • Construct main sanitary sewer collection systems, storm collection systems, and water distribution systems.

 

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Received Project Management Institute® PMP® certification based on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), 6th Edition.

OSHA 30 Hour Training

Successfully completed OSHA 30 hour safety course. The 30-hour training program is intended to provide workers with some safety responsibility a greater depth and variety of training. All outreach training is intended to cover an overview of the hazards a worker may encounter on a job site. Training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention.

Procore Project Management Certification

Completed all Procore Project Manager certification courses including Core Tools, Project Management, Construction Financials, Quality & Safety and Field Productivity.

Autodesk AutoCAD & Revit (BIM)

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a process involving the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places. Autodesk Revit is the industry leading tool to generate BIM models.

I am experienced with AutoCAD, and have been developing Revit skills. I have completed 60+ hours of training in the Architectural and MEP divisions of Revit, and continue to find ways to integrate this tool into daily processes to enhance project delivery.

I also have experience with SketchUp for quick 3D modeling, and Navisworks for systems coordination and clash detection.

Bluebeam Revu

Advanced user of Bluebeam Revu. Bluebeam is .pdf management software built around the Architectural/ Engineering/ Construction industry. Bluebeam Revu keeps teams on the same page through the design process, helps move the project forward during construction, and preserves important project data through completion and beyond.

Microsoft Project & Primavera P6

I am skilled in schedule development, activity sequencing and logic through the use of MS Project and Primavera P6. These tools are project management applications that assist with planning, managing and controlling project activities and resources. Both of these are leaders in the industry for commercial construction and project schedule management.

Sustainability & LEED Certified Buildings

I have been involved in the delivery of multiple LEED Gold certified buildings, and am familiar with the USGBC requirements to obtain the certifications.
